Had a very comfortable stay during our weekend. They offered airy and new-fashioned rooms with the bathtub, a comfortable bed, shower.

Tiny bathroom, and the breakfast was extremely poor.

The venue is descent, with outstanding food and unbeatable location close to town centre. For breakfast they offer toast, cereals, fruit and porridge.

The hotel was in a very central location within walking distance of Exeter town centre. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Exeter.

The location and food were ideal! The breakfast had plenty of options: fruit, cheese and pastries. The smooth check-in too. Not to mention availability of public parking. Such wonderful stay in a charming small hotel.

Well, the area was quite dirty overall.
